Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use We Recruit. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person or one company.

2. Using the Platform

Candidates can build a profile, create a CV, and apply to jobs free of charge. Recruiters can post jobs and search for talent once their company has been verified by our team.

3. Recruiter verification

Every company is reviewed by a human before its jobs go live. We may approve, reject, or suspend an employer at our discretion to keep the Platform trustworthy, and we are not obligated to give a reason.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post jobs that are illegal, discriminatory, or that ask candidates to pay a fee to be hired.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Platform, or attempt to bypass security.
• Use the Platform for anything other than genuine recruitment and job seeking.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as your CV, profile, and job listings. You grant us the permission needed to host, display, and share that content as required to operate the service (for example, showing your profile to a verified employer).

6. Premium and payments

Some features are paid. Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Premium is currently activated manually after payment is arranged with our team. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable once the Premium period has started.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, branding, design, and software, belongs to We Manage. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

We Recruit is provided “as is”. We work hard to verify employers and surface good matches, but we do not guarantee that you will find a job, find a candidate, or be hired, and we are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform. Always verify offers and parties independently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Manage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including hiring decisions, lost opportunities, or interactions with other users.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that harms others.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
