What is We Recruit?
We Recruit is a recruitment platform that connects candidates with human-verified employers across Kurdistan and Iraq. Candidates build a profile and apply to real jobs; employers post roles and find matching talent.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Searching and applying for jobs is free, the CV maker is free, and companies can post their first jobs for free. Premium plans add extra features — see the Pricing page.
Which areas do you cover?
We focus on the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, with employers verified locally by our team.
For candidates
How do I apply for a job?
Create a free account, complete your profile or build a CV, then open any job and apply. The employer receives your profile and CV directly.
Is the CV maker really free?
Yes. You can build, preview, and download a professional CV at no cost from your candidate dashboard.
Who can see my profile?
Only verified employers and recruiters can see candidate profiles, and only when you have made yours searchable. Set your availability to “not looking” at any time to hide it from search.
How does matching work?
Candidates are scored against each role by field, skills, experience, and location, so the strongest fits appear higher for employers.
For employers
How do I post a job?
Register as an employer and create your company profile. Once our team verifies your company, you can publish jobs and search for talent.
Why does verification take time?
Every company is reviewed by a real person before its jobs go live. This keeps the Platform free of fake listings and protects candidates — it usually takes a short while.
What does Premium include?
Premium adds advanced hiring features on top of the free plan. The current list and prices are on the Pricing page, and Premium is activated manually by our team after payment.
Account & privacy
How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We will email you a secure link to set a new password.
How is my data protected?
Passwords are hashed, access is restricted, and only verified employers can reach candidate profiles. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us and we will delete your account and personal data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
